What Happens When You Call
We ask what rooms you want done, what is on the floor now and what you are thinking of putting down. If you are torn between luxury vinyl plank and tile, or carpet on the stairs, we talk it through. Then we set a time to come measure and look at the subfloor, because that is what really sets the scope.
We also tell you straight whether your job is likely to need a permit or inspection. Most floor coverings do not, but subfloor repairs and some wet-area work can, and we say so up front. We have been in business 25+ years, we are insured, and every installation carries a 1-year workmanship warranty.
